Return flight from KIAH (Houston) to
EHAM (Amsterdam) (KLM664).
Just before passing KIAD (Washington) we had a GS of 679 kts!
The wind was still increasing and we turned to the wind to get
a max GS which resulted in a GS of 687kts!! (unfortunately the
turbulence was to big to be able to get a clear photo).
